Terms & Conditions for Twintivo CAO App

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Twintivo CAO mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App
The App is provided for industrial monitoring purposes. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Permissions
The App may request access to your device camera and location to provide its core functionality. You agree to grant these permissions when prompted. Misuse of these permissions is strictly prohibited.

4. Data Collection
The App may collect anonymized usage data and device information to improve service quality. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software in the App are owned by Twintivo Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
Twintivo Inc. is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the App. Use at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
